What reputation measures
Reputation reflects the different quests you have completed. Completing a quest you have already finished does not add another distinct completion. Reputation unlocks chat and trading services, earns rank titles, and can reduce some service fees.
Learn from the Enchantress
The reputation primer begins at level 10 with the Enchantress in the Blython Church. Its quest page lists the journal objectives and starter location.
Accept the primer from the Enchantress.
Complete another quest while the primer is active.
Return to the Enchantress in the Blython Church or the Stillreach Cathedral.
The other quest must reach completion; accepting it or moving to its next stage is not enough.
When a service is unavailable
Check the requirement shown by the game and continue with unfinished quests in the quest directory. Different services have different reputation requirements. The level of your character and your reputation are separate requirements.
Quest Points are a spendable currency. Spending those points does not mean spending your record of completed quests.
